Travis Heights
The Travis Heights Guesthouse project is a Dick Clark Architecture-designed, solar-powered bi-level modern structure with a rooftop deck (with a view) in the homeowners backyard that doubles as an apartment and and Airbnb. The guesthouse exterior carries over the same brick from the main 1950’s era home, with a modern twist. Modern, energy efficient design and appliances can be found throughout the apartment and downstairs Airbnb, with custom ironwork framing the landscaping, walkways, and creating a spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck.
