The Rivendell ADU was built to blend into the wildlife protected surrounding area. The garage patios in front and back, as well as the screened in porch, expand outdoor areas.

It gives a treehouse feeling inside where the view is more important than the square footage. Interior living space is maximized for comfort with library loft and stacked washer and dryer. The space is maximized for longevity with aging in place features in the bathroom and second screen door for a lift.

Rainwater collects for the whole house on this ADU to improve resilience on the land.
